By accessing the phtaya. platform, creating an Account, or using any of the Services, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version will always be available on this page with the effective date noted at the top.
Age Restriction — 21 Years and Above Only. In accordance with Philippine gaming regulations, access to phtaya. and participation in any real-money gaming activity is strictly limited to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your registration information current and accurate at all times. phtaya. is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phtaya. Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. phtaya. will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify phtaya. support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws of the Philippines, phtaya. is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, before permitting continued gameplay. You agree to provide any documents requested by phtaya. for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
phtaya. accepts deposits via the following payment methods only: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
Prohibited Payment Methods: phtaya. does not accept deposits via credit card or any form of cryptocurrency. The use of credit cards for gambling deposits is prohibited under Philippine regulations. Any attempt to deposit via a prohibited payment method will be declined and may trigger a security review of your Account.
The minimum deposit amount on phtaya. is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed. phtaya. reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit amounts at any time with reasonable notice to Players.
GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your phtaya. Account within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the sending bank. phtaya. is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Real Money Funds deposited by Players are held separately from phtaya. operational funds in accordance with PAGCOR player protection requirements. phtaya. does not use Player funds for operational expenses. Your deposited funds remain your property at all times, subject to these Terms.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to deposit funds into your phtaya. Account. phtaya. does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified Accounts are typically processed within five (5) minutes to two (2) hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements may not be withdrawn. phtaya. reserves the right to deduct any outstanding Bonus Funds from a withdrawal request where wagering requirements have not been satisfied.

To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, phtaya. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if phtaya. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
phtaya.'s total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player into their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phtaya. does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phtaya. makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform or its content.
phtaya. reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination of an Account for reasons other than breach or fraud, any verified Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure in all circumstances.
You may close your phtaya. Account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through phtaya.'s internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are required to submit a written complaint to phtaya. support and allow phtaya. thirty (30) calendar days to investigate and respond. phtaya. is committed to resolving Player disputes fairly and promptly in accordance with PAGCOR dispute resolution guidelines.
phtaya. reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, phtaya. will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice to registered Players via the contact details on file. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision) may be made without prior notice.
The current version of these Terms & Conditions, with the effective date noted at the top of this page, shall always be the governing version. Your continued use of the phtaya. platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
